This renovation of a floor-through flat in an 1880’s townhouse in Lower East Manhattan was conceived for a theater director and film producer. The extensive renovation develops 2,200 square feet of living and working spaces. A full-length curtain mediates between the office, kitchen, and living room areas, allowing for different relationships of one to the other. Large bronze windows open over a lush backyard.
